The perfect way to be more environmentally friendly and SAVE is by refilling your existing Olive & Bean candle jar with our new wax refill option. Our wax refills have been designed to fit perfectly into our Olive & Bean Signature and Country (medium size only) glassware in any Olive & Bean fragrance of your choice.
Once your existing Olive & Bean scented candle is empty, simply clean out the glass jar with hot soapy water. Further instructions on how to clean your jar can be found on our FAQ’s page. Then place your refill inside your clean dry Olive & Bean jar.

Each Olive & Bean candle is hand-poured with as much care possible with every effort made to ensure consistency.
Always trim your wick to 5mm before lighting your candle to ensure you are receiving the maximum burning time.
When burning your candle for the first time, allow the wax to melt until it reaches the edges of your vessel before extinguishing. This will create a candle ‘memory’ and clean and even burn, preventing tunnelling in your candle.
Never leave your candle burning longer than 4hrs at a time.
Discontinue use when the wax reaches 1.5cm from the bottom of the wick.
After use when the wax has cooled and reset, trim your wick to 5mm again before relighting. This can be done by simply pinching off any loose black ash and lighting the fresh wood underneath. This will allow for a more even burn and will also prevent flames becoming too large, smoking or flickering excessively.
Never leave your burning candle unattended or alone with children or pets.
Burn your candle on a heat restaurant surface.
Never move your candle when lit.
Coconut soy wax and wood wicks are a natural product and can change the colour of the wax or leave a rough surface after a burn. This is normal and does not affect your candle in any way.
